The Golden Hour
Enjoying the coastal Everglades reflections of the warmly lit “golden hour”—that time of gradually reddening light soon before sunset—a fine notion struck: I could use a deep zoom lens to capture a naturally sepia-toned portion of water and sky, with silhouetted landscape and a ready-made cloud and tree composition, right then and from the spot I stood. So it was–one of my favorite Florida shots, not just from this year but any.
