Saguaros and Friends
A cluster of young saguaro cacti silhouette the sunset sky, bracketed by their closely associated but unrelated plants, palo verde (left) and ocotillo (right). These plants make a classically iconic foreground for any Arizona sunset, here a product of a mix of antecedent midlevel clouds and convective anvils.
